Embroidered polo shirts are made either from 100% cotton or a mixture of cotton and polyester, the typical mix is 65/35 poly cotton. The polyester makes the polos harder wearing giving them an increased lifespan over the 100% cotton poloshirts, although the all cotton embroidered polos often feel better on the skin.
